Overview

Salesforce Service Cloud & Field Service Solution Architect responsible for end-to-end solution design, bridging platform expertise with business processes.

What you'll do

• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead end-to-end solution design for Service Cloud and Field Service.
• Optimize service operations and support service lifecycle management.
• Design and implement Salesforce automation using Flows and Apex.
• Coordinate solution design across integrations, data models, security, reporting, and deployment readiness.
• Support delivery including development, unit testing, UAT support, release coordination, and post-production support.

What you'll need

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Architect, Service Cloud SME, Field Service Lightning SME, and/or Salesforce developer.
• Requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder alignment.
• Technical architecture skills including data modeling, security model design, and integration patterns.
• Service Cloud expertise including case management, routing, entitlements, milestones, knowledge, and email-to-case/web-to-case.
• Field Service Lightning expertise including work orders, scheduling/dispatch, mobile workforce enablement, and territories.
• Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and automation.
