Lead Developer​- Salesforce

Overview

Lead Developer—Salesforce to design, develop, integrate, deploy, and continuously improve Salesforce solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce development across configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, automation, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, maintainable, high-performing Salesforce solutions for end-to-end business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and reusable integration/implementation approaches aligned with platform standards.
• Provide technical leadership via mentoring, code reviews, design guidance, troubleshooting, and enforcing best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, product owners, and stakeholders to estimate work, manage dependencies, and support testing and releases.
• Contribute to release planning, deployment validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 2 years in a Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
• Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum practices, DevOps processes, CI/CD, and release governance; familiarity with JIRA.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI capabilities for building and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex (including multiple types), SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with deployment and development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and version control utilities (e.g., Bitbucket, Git).
