Digital CX Developer

Overview

Digital CX Developer responsible for building and optimizing customer portal and community experiences on Salesforce and related platforms, with full-stack capability and a front-end bias.

What you'll do

• Build, configure, and maintain features and integrations across digital customer platforms.
• Design and develop customer-facing experiences in Salesforce Experience Cloud and related platforms.
• Develop, test, and document Salesforce solutions using declarative and coded functionality.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers.
• Translate UX concepts, wireframes, and business requirements into scalable digital experiences.
• Implement workflow logic, APIs, authentication protocols, and backend processes powering portal and community experiences.
• Troubleshoot defects and platform issues across frontend, backend, integrations, and production deployments.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience building full-stack solutions on Salesforce or similar platforms with strong front-end focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing customer-facing portal, community, or self-service experiences.
• Solid experience with Apex, Visualforce, Flows, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of authentication protocols, backend processes, and workflow automation.
