Salesforce Developer role focused on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications for business and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform features.
- Develop Lightning Components, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
- Streamline and automate lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure processes with stakeholders.
- Build workflows, validation rules, approvals, and automation solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and financial systems.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud.
- Domain experience in Equities, Private Credit, Debt Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Investments, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
- Experience implementing lead generation, lead qualification, customer response management, sales pipeline optimization, and business process automation.
- Financial Services Cloud certification and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce App Builder certifications.
