Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Overview

Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to design and deliver scalable Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud solutions for GTM processes.

What you'll do

• Own how GTM strategy is operationalized across tools, workflows, and data models.
• Lead initiatives to implement new processes and optimize technologies and methodologies for GTM experience.
• Lead business and functional requirements to define and prioritize project scoping.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical designs and handle intakes and troubleshooting.
• Drive end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of GTM process and workflows in Salesforce.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of IT professional experience in software development focused on system software.
• 5+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes in your domain.
• Proven experience driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow.
• Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes including lead, account, and partner relationship management.
