AI Demo Engineer building agentic, AI-powered demonstrations for Scout to support Sales Engineers and help drive deal closures.
What you'll do
- Build sophisticated agentic Scout workflows for multi-step solutions.
- Create a reusable library of standard demo agents with data and documentation.
- Design and implement prospect-specific agents for individual deal requirements.
- Maintain the main demo template with up-to-date functionality and fresh data/golden records.
- Analyze POC usage to diagnose why solutions do not land and tune agents/data/configurations.
- Define the operating model for a new team function.
What you'll need
- Build or configure at least one agentic AI workflow using agents that plan, call tools, and complete multi-step tasks.
- Hands-on prompt engineering experience with written and iterated LLM instructions/prompts for tools.
- Basic understanding of MCP or comparable tool-calling/connector patterns.
- End-to-end multi-system agentic workflow design capability beyond single-agent/single-tool solutions.
- Experience using MCP connectors.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into working demos/prototypes/configurations.
- Ability to scope realistic deliverables and deadlines with Sales Engineers.
- Hold one or more Salesforce certifications and/or have direct Sitetracker platform experience.
