Overview

Staff Forward Deployment Engineer is a hands-on software engineering role that leads customer engagements from a technical delivery pod while staying involved in design and implementation.

What you'll do

• Lead customer engagements as the technical owner for a delivery pod.
• Design and implement production-grade enterprise systems using the JazzX AGI platform.
• Apply GenAI/LLM capabilities (e.g., RAG, agent workflows) to build scalable, reliable solutions.
• Partner with product, platform, and research teams across the solution lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for customer deployments.
• Influence platform evolution by feeding real-world learnings back into reusable components.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of professional experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong Python proficiency with maintainable, well-tested code.
• Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Practical GenAI/LLM experience in real-world applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent workflows).
• Experience leading or owning technical delivery for customer-facing projects.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for key customer engagements.
