Principal Software Development Engineer - Agentic Systems

Overview

Lead the architecture and delivery of large-scale AI/ML infrastructure, LLM serving platforms, and agentic workflows for cloud-scale cybersecurity use cases. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional architecture initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead scalable AI/ML infrastructure and LLM serving platform development.
• Architect reusable networking, security, authentication, and monitoring foundations.
• Define observability, evaluation, and reliability frameworks for production AI systems.
• Drive architectural initiatives with product, security, and operations teams.
• Mentor teams on distributed systems design.
• Translate complex architectures for non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
• Expertise in availability, fault tolerance, consistency, and cloud-native microservices.
• Expertise in LLMs and production AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks, inference systems, and lifecycle pipeline operations.
• Track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and shipping production-grade services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting autonomous AI agentic workflows and fine-tuning domain-specific LLMs.
• Experience with LLM observability, explainability, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with serverless architectures and distributed systems security architecture.
