Overview
Staff Software Development Engineer responsible for architecting and implementing scalable full-stack systems, translating business goals into software, and providing technical leadership.
What you'll do
- Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure distributed systems.
- Write and review reusable code across the technology stack.
- Guide product development from concept through deployment.
- Provide estimates, architectural blueprints, and technical oversight.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and enterprise architecture teams.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 4+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and React.js or Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in Python for server-side development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB and AWS or GCP.
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, REST API design, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
