Associate Principal Solution Architect, CRM

Overview

Support the design and delivery of enterprise CRM capabilities across Dyson’s digital and enterprise IT landscape. Develop secure, scalable customer engagement solutions and provide architectural leadership to global teams.

What you'll do

• Define and govern baseline and target architectures for customer engagement technologies.
• Produce logical architectures, integration views, and capability maps.
• Mentor and guide a team of solution architects.
• Translate business requirements into enterprise-wide architectural solutions.
• Govern solution implementation for compliance, security, and reliability.
• Optimise customer engagement platforms for future scalability.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors on digital transformation delivery.

What you'll need

• Significant experience with customer engagement platforms and their integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF.
• Knowledge of security standards for customer-centric solutions.
• Expertise designing scalable and secure systems aligned with organisational goals.
• Experience managing complex enterprise projects with global stakeholders.
• Advanced leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills.
