Sr Analyst I Infrastructure Architecture

Overview

Support infrastructure architecture projects by contributing to design documentation, infrastructure performance and security activities, issue resolution, requirements analysis, and technology trend awareness.

What you'll do

• Support infrastructure architecture projects by working on specific tasks and deliverables.
• Assist in documenting infrastructure design and configurations.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor and ensure the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
• Contribute to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues, escalating when necessary.
• Stay informed about emerging infrastructure technology trends and share insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Participate in basic troubleshooting and problem resolution activities.
• Adhere to established infrastructure standards and best practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience working on cross-functional team projects, leading small projects, or workstreams in infrastructure architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees in relevant fields.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
