Sr. MTS, Software Engineer - FullStack

Overview

Lead the architecture and development of large-scale, distributed platforms as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, cross-functional delivery, and engineering excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead complex technical initiatives from conception through delivery.
• Define technical strategy, architecture vision, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Author and influence Architectural Decision Records.
• Design scalable, secure, highly available systems across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure.
• Drive architecture across JavaScript frameworks, APIs, messaging, databases, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews.
• Lead release management, reliability, and on-call operations for a 24/7 platform.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed platforms and APIs.
• 5+ years as an Architect, Staff Engineer, or Technical Lead driving product architecture.
• Expertise in full-stack system design and distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, messaging systems, RDBMS/NoSQL databases, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex systems at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
