Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Lead software development for UiPath Automation Suite, a containerized, cloud-native platform built with Kubernetes and CNCF technologies. Drive reliable, scalable, production-ready software from design through implementation and scaling.

What you'll do

• Lead software development across the full lifecycle, from ideation and design to scaling.
• Incubate ideas and create roadmaps for areas of focus.
• Analyse complex technical issues and drive technology decisions and consensus.
• Coordinate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Analyse product usage and operational data to drive improvements.
• Address security and compliance issues with relevant teams.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience developing large-scale applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, and cloud-native tools.
• Proficiency in an object-oriented language such as Go, C#, Java, C++, Python, or Rust.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in high-availability services, web services, and service-oriented architectures.

Nice to have

• Experience writing Kubernetes controllers and operators.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI.
