Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for Treasury Systems (Findur/Findur/OpenLink). You will digitise and automate functional and non-functional processes in the treasury system and work within agile processes.

What you'll do

• Own your code across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through design, development, testing, and release.
• Write clean, scalable, high-quality code aligned with internal standards and processes.
• Drive scope and user story definition and assess technical viability to meet requirements.
• Proactively flag risks and issues affecting system performance and availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on root cause analysis for incidents and reported issues.
• Share knowledge within the team and contribute to the shared knowledge base.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience as a software developer on OpenLink Findur, or alternatively Endur.
• Domain knowledge of treasury operations including financial instruments, confirmations, settlements, cash management, and payment flows (SWIFT and ISO 20022 concepts).
• Experience working in large global teams with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in treasury business language to translate business requirements into Findur/Java code or system configuration.
• Solid understanding of Findur data modelling and system design.
• Strong SQL foundation and familiarity with SQL Server.
• Broad technical curiosity, including interest in AI/ML tooling and integrations (AI/ML hands-on experience is a plus).
