Salesforce Engineer

Overview

Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions for customer engagement and digital transformation.

What you'll do

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate in solution design with architects and business analysts.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Support release planning, deployments, and documentation using GitHub, Gearset, and OwnBackup.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Developer I & II).
• Experience with CTI integration, email automation, and knowledge management.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Details

• Work mode: Hybrid from Pune, India office.
• Hybrid policy: expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
