Overview

Senior Associate for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, working with clients to analyze needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and train/support effective application use. The role includes consulting, technical design, integration work, and client engagement within PwC’s Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Develop and manage project plans for Salesforce implementations and confirm timely delivery.
• Use Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (Pharma, MedTech, Health).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Omnistudio.
