Salesforce Senior Developer

Overview

Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions. The role combines hands-on development with technical guidance, solution design, and delivery ownership.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead solution design discussions.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations.
• Review code and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, and complex platform problems.
• Support data migration, release management, CI/CD, testing, and post-production activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and identify automation and platform improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of professional Salesforce development experience, or an advanced degree plus 3 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, data models, governor limits, bulkification, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud and REST/SOAP enterprise integrations.
• Experience with data migration tools, source control, CI/CD, deployment, and release management.
• Experience mentoring developers, reviewing code, and providing technical guidance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting production issues.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or other advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ, MuleSoft, large-scale implementations, or distributed global teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce authentication, SSO, OAuth, and integration security.
