Overview
Lead Salesforce technical leadership, solution architecture, governance, security remediation, and delivery across Salesforce and related enterprise platforms.
What you'll do
- Guide Salesforce developers and oversee technical delivery.
- Design, review, and approve scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Manage governance, releases, deployments, and platform stability.
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate Salesforce vulnerabilities and technical risks.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and reduce technical debt.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business, cybersecurity, architecture, and compliance teams.
What you'll need
- 8–12 years of Salesforce development, administration, and solution architecture experience.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, releases, and deployments.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.
- Experience remediating vulnerabilities, technical debt, and security assessment findings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, Security Center, and advanced security controls.
- Knowledge of Workday or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience in regulated, highly governed enterprise environments.
