Manager Engineering responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions by leading an engineering team. Oversees execution, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Lead software engineers across design, development, testing, and deployment of platform features and services.
• Manage day-to-day engineering project execution against roadmap priorities and timelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop engineers using feedback, career guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure best practices like code reviews, testing, documentation, and DevOps standards.
• Drive process improvements to increase productivity, code quality, and system scalability.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, software architecture, and development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
