Engineering Manager - Agentic AI

Overview

Lead a cross-functional software engineering team delivering secure, reliable, and automated full-stack solutions across the software development lifecycle. The role includes technical leadership for frontend, backend, UI/UX, cloud, and agentic AI-related work.

What you'll do

• Lead software development lifecycle delivery for scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with stakeholders.
• Oversee design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment.
• Lead code reviews, testing practices, and defect resolution.
• Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Coach team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide technical on-call support and respond to incidents.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of related software engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of project leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages.
• Experience across full-stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX engineering.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of related software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of project leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
