Engineering Manager

Overview

Engineering Manager responsible for leading a cross-functional software engineering team and delivering secure, reliable, automated financial technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment of software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, defect resolution, and coding standards.
• Guide full-stack projects across frontend, backend, and UI/UX development.
• Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Coach team members and foster collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Provide technical on-call support and respond to incident inquiries.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of related software development experience.
• 3–5 years of project leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages.
• Experience with full-stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX engineering.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, DevOps, Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.
• Financial technology and payments domain knowledge.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years of project leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
