Engineering Manager

Overview

Lead the Vulnerability Management team as an Engineering Manager, overseeing backend development, test environments, software quality, and delivery. Guide technical architecture, roadmaps, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Manage teams delivering software solutions with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Define and deliver the three-month product roadmap.
• Provide direction, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with architects to execute the technical roadmap.
• Develop team members through one-on-ones, mentoring, and career plans.
• Oversee the full software development life cycle and process improvements.
• Manage compensation, vacation time, conference budgets, and training budgets.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least one year of people management experience.
• Backend development skills in Python and Go.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience with automation testing, test management tools, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Cybersecurity and vulnerability or exposure management familiarity.
