Staff Enterprise Solutions Architect

Overview

Shape Cytiva’s integration and event-driven architecture to enable secure, scalable, real-time connectivity across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and external partners. The role focuses on API-led integration, messaging platforms, and event mesh technologies.

What you'll do

• Design scalable and secure integration architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
• Design and govern event-driven architecture using asynchronous messaging, publish/subscribe, and event-streaming patterns.
• Define standards for event brokers, messaging platforms, and event mesh technologies such as Solace.
• Identify event-driven integration and real-time process opportunities with technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead integrations across CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms using API management, B2B, and process automation.
• Develop reusable frameworks, architecture documentation, and technical standards.
• Support integration-platform lifecycle management with internal teams and vendors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years of experience in integration architecture and integration platforms.
• Strong experience designing and implementing event-driven architecture solutions.
• Experience with enterprise messaging platforms such as Solace, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or AWS EventBridge.
• Hands-on expertise in Boomi integration, API management, and B2B/EDI.
• Experience with SQL, Java, JSON, XML, EDI, AS2, SOAP/REST APIs, and AWS or Azure.

Nice to have

• Boomi Professional Architect, Solace Certified Engineer, or equivalent integration certification.
• Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, and MDM platforms.
