Senior Salesforce Technical Architect - Field Service

Overview

Senior Salesforce Technical Architect for Salesforce Field Service, responsible for designing and evolving field service solutions in a managed services model.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-governed Salesforce solutions for managed services clients.
• Architect end-to-end Salesforce Field Service capabilities including Service Cloud, FSL, scheduling optimization, and mobile workforce enablement.
• Design integration and data models across systems (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, middleware) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Own the technical solution blueprint from discovery through go-live and ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical health checks, including org optimization for existing clients.
• Lead solution design workshops, technical discovery sessions, and architecture review boards.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring delivery teams and reviewing solutions for quality and standards adherence.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce and integrating other systems with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in APEX, LWC, Salesforce object model, Platform Events, and no code/low code features.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service/service delivery models.
• Task recording and UAT preparation proficiency.
• Knowledge of Azure integration and DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
