Salesforce Senior Developer

Overview

Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical implementation for CRM solutions supporting retail operations, omnichannel clienteling, and client experiences. Own architecture decisions, code quality, delivery standards, and technical mentoring within an enterprise product team.

What you'll do

• Own feature implementation from design through deployment and documentation.
• Define architecture strategies and identify technical constraints before sprints.
• Develop tested Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform-native solutions.
• Set up and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents as a Level 3 expert under SLA.
• Mentor developers and lead code reviews, pair programming, and technical documentation.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies, roadmap planning, estimation, and sprint planning.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, asynchronous patterns, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools, Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe methods, code review leadership, and technical documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft, Salesforce AI capabilities, or luxury, retail, and fashion CRM.
• French proficiency and relevant Salesforce architecture certifications.

• Full-time position based in Bengaluru.
• Remote and hybrid work options are available, subject to country conditions.
• Collaborate with Paris-based teams during 08:30–18:30 CET business-hour overlap.
