Senior Associate Salesforce LwC (Lightning Web Components) Developer role focused on delivering Salesforce solutions for clients, including Salesforce Service Cloud-based projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement Salesforce Lightning applications to enhance client service capabilities.
• Manage Salesforce Service Cloud projects to align with client requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with existing business systems.
• Identify and address technical challenges using analytical thinking during Salesforce implementations.
• Design and optimize business processes using Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Provide technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements elicitation and process standardization.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
