Overview

Senior Associate Salesforce LWC developer role delivering Salesforce solutions for clients within the Commercial & Service Excellence network.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement Salesforce Lightning Web Components for client solutions.
• Manage Salesforce Service Cloud projects, including architecture and budgeting.
• Integrate enterprise software and IT infrastructure to streamline business processes.
• Conduct technical consultations to support Salesforce administration and technology implementation.
• Model business processes and create designs using analytical thinking.
• Create and deliver training materials to support technology integration and adoption.
• Validate process standardization and enterprise integration to optimize system performance.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience implementing technology integration for enterprise software systems.
• Preference for completing relevant Salesforce certifications (see “Nice to have”).

Nice to have

• Field of study preference: Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Preference for Salesforce Certified Administrator, plus additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications).
