Overview

Senior Salesforce Developer for Edwards’ Pune, India IT Innovation Hub, helping design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leadership to shape and execute complex system specifications and standards.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure, performant, scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Diagnose and fix performance and functional software and end-user issues, integrating fixes into business-critical processes.
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and implement reusable frameworks to improve efficiency and data pipelines.
• Oversee data migrations, metadata-driven frameworks, and automation efforts to optimize workflows and data reliability.
• Document code and expected application behaviors and perform manual testing in development environments.
• Provide training and coaching for new technologies and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience delivering Salesforce solutions (configuration and development) across the full SDLC.
• Troubleshooting skills including root-cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Salesforce development practices experience (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components) and platform capabilities (e.g., security model, declarative automation).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and integration patterns.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience in medical device/pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated environments.
• Certifications in related disciplines/architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, Salesforce, CDMP, OCP).

Nice to have

• Exceptional collaboration skills, including influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience publishing thought leadership or contributing to industry discussions on data architecture topics.
