Overview
Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver AI-augmented Salesforce solutions using Agentforce agents, MCP integrations, and Einstein prompt/copilot capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Apex, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, and LWC components across Salesforce implementations.
- Build Agentforce Agents (Service, Sales, and Custom) aligned to domain workflows.
- Integrate external AI models and enterprise data sources into Salesforce via Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and Platform APIs.
- Develop Einstein Prompt Templates, Prompt Builder flows, and Einstein Copilot actions for contextual AI assistance.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture across external systems.
- Implement CI/CD using Copado or Gearset with automated Apex and LWC test suites targeting minimum 85% code coverage.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Hands-on proficiency with next-generation AI tools/LLM platforms and Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Codex, Copilot).
- Salesforce cloud expertise including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud and/or Health Cloud (Any of 2 clouds as mentioned below).
- Advanced Apex/SOQL/SOSL and advanced LWC.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Flow & Automation (advanced).
- Technical skills such as Git/SFDX and Copado/Gearset, plus Jest and the Apex test framework.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified AI Specialist or AI Associate credential.
- FHIR R4 API experience with Salesforce Health Cloud Interoperability Hub.
- Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud including data streams, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
- MuleSoft or Boomi integration patterns.
- Python or Node.js for LLM orchestration (LangChain, CrewAI).
