Salesforce Developer - 5-7Years -Pune

Overview

Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions for Global Payments' enterprise operations team, supporting enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across the Enterprise (LOB).

What you'll do

• Develop, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform, covering all aspects of the system lifecycle.
• Support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate as an agile delivery team (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver regular incremental value.
• Manage and track work items using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and traceability of requirements.
• Contribute to and operate within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust and reliable deployments.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practices and governance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance.
• Translate requirements from business stakeholders and business analysts into high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and delivery standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within sales and/or service cloud core components.
• Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles and permissions).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, including SAFe Agile.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including working with stakeholders, and evidential problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with, or willingness to learn: Agentforce, Data Cloud / Data 360, MuleSoft (for integrations), Experience Cloud, Tableau.
• Additional exposure to prompt builders would be beneficial.
