Overview
Develop and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, integrations, and enhancements while supporting platform reliability, security, governance, and technical direction.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Support Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Apply Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and development standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and support critical incident resolution.
- Optimize applications and processes using Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies.
- Coach team members and provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and solution delivery experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Git-based source control, and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance.
- Experience with code reviews, solution reviews, release planning, and technical estimations.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
- Experience with Copado, Gearset, GitHub, JIRA, BitBucket, ServiceNow, or AI capabilities in Salesforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, SAS-based, and customer-facing systems.
- Experience with global implementations or regulated industries.
