Overview

Senior Associate responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce Trade Promotion Management solutions using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. The role covers pricing and profitability analysis, customer consulting, integrations, and revenue growth management.

What you'll do

• Design and implement Trade Promotion Management solutions using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Develop Salesforce solutions with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Design and implement REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, source-driven development, and Salesforce releases.
• Participate in client discovery, requirements workshops, and solution design reviews.
• Execute testing, support SIT/UAT cycles, and manage defect resolution.
• Lead or mentor development team members and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience in production environments.
• At least 4 years of overall experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, permission sets, and multi-org strategies.
• English proficiency in oral and written communication.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or other iPaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, FSL, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or Data Cloud.
• Experience with large-scale migrations, multi-cloud implementations, or Agile enterprise delivery.
