Salesforce Senior Solutions Developer (salescloud, agentforce)

Overview

Salesforce Senior Solutions Developer responsible for designing and configuring Agentforce autonomous agents and building Salesforce integrations and automation.

What you'll do

• Design and configure autonomous agents using Agentforce Builder for accurate interactions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build custom agent actions by integrating Apex classes, Salesforce Flows, and Integration APIs.
• Integrate Agentforce agents with Salesforce CRM/Data Cloud for intelligent automation and a unified customer view.
• Act as a technical advisor by identifying OOTB high-impact AI use cases.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
• Optimize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automation processes; conduct code reviews and troubleshooting.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or related field with minimum 7-9 years of experience.
• Minimum 5-6 years Salesforce development experience with deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agents via Agentforce.
• Experience connecting Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP) using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, and in integrations.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist) are a plus.
