Overview
The Salesforce CRM Developer designs, develops, and implements scalable Salesforce solutions for business needs across regions and business units.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using secure APIs and middleware.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, data models, and deployment procedures.
- Run unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for reliability and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive Salesforce development experience.
- Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
- Hands-on integration experience using SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Experience with Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- 2+ years direct experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in Apex and Force.com declarative and programmatic features.
- Agile/Scrum familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
