Salesforce CRM Developer

Overview

The Salesforce CRM Developer designs, develops, and implements scalable Salesforce solutions for business needs across regions and business units.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using secure APIs and middleware.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, data models, and deployment procedures.
• Run unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive Salesforce development experience.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
• Hands-on integration experience using SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Experience with Salesforce security architecture including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• 2+ years direct experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Apex and Force.com declarative and programmatic features.
• Agile/Scrum familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
