Salesforce Developer - Sales/Go-To-Market

Overview

Hands-on Salesforce Developer role to build and extend Sales Cloud and AI-powered applications on top of it.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain custom Sales Cloud functionality using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Collaborate on applications integrating Salesforce with Claude.ai and related AI services.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems.
• Support multi-org consolidation including metadata alignment, data migration, and permissions/sharing model harmonization.
• Implement and enhance CPQ and other revenue-related Salesforce capabilities.
• Ensure code quality with testing and CI/CD practices aligned to release processes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud configuration, data model, and security/sharing model.
• Experience with Gitlab, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to multi-org consolidation and large-scale data migration.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or custom quoting implementation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tooling.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
• Experience delivering in an Agile environment.
