Salesforce Core Developer - Sr Associate

Overview

Develop and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for service technology workstreams and client delivery objectives. The role includes technical design, configuration, implementation support, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior team members.

What you'll do

• Develop Salesforce Core solutions for service technology workstreams.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud features for case management, workflows, and automation.
• Support system design, testing, deployment, and post-release issue resolution.
• Analyze process gaps and recommend functionality, usability, and integration improvements.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Salesforce administration, Lightning, and integration skills.
• Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems background.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience developing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions in client-facing settings.
• Experience mentoring junior team members in ambiguous workstreams.
