Sr SF Developer

Overview

Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce applications and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders and technical architects to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

What you'll do

• Gather technical requirements and document designs, customizations, integrations, data migrations, and testing.
• Deliver Salesforce modules, including customization, programming, and data migration.
• Demonstrate developed capabilities to product managers.
• Support testing teams and provide documentation for quality processes.
• Participate in CI/CD and release management while identifying technical risks and issues.
• Resolve escalated production incidents and support production teams.
• Lead, mentor, and guide developers in technical and functional areas.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a technical field.
• 6+ years of IT industry experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Salesforce customization and development experience with Sales or Service Cloud exposure.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications through APIs or middleware.
• Experience with Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder, Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce, and data migration tools.
• Salesforce DevOps tooling experience and one or more listed Salesforce certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional Salesforce Clouds and AppExchange or third-party applications.
• Experience developing Apex frameworks or utilities.
• Experience analyzing Salesforce performance issues and planning remediation.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, relational databases, and reporting warehouses.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
