AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate

Overview

Senior Associate role in PwC's Acceleration Center India, focused on designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions that connect Salesforce with other systems, applications and databases within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice.

What you'll do

• Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to optimize operational efficiency for clients.
• Analyze client needs to provide tailored software solutions and seamless integration.
• Manage and automate processes to enable efficient data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Use RESTful API and web services for effective system integration and data management.
• Conduct integration analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic objectives and align solutions accordingly.
• Provide training and support to clients for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Maintain professional and technical standards in all client engagements.
• Build meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science; Accounting, Information Technology; Management Information Systems.
• Knowledge in Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services.
• Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of leading team and client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics.
• Handles client relationships, enabling effective communication.
• Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise.
• Participates in process and/or redesign efforts.
• At least one of the following: one or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex integration challenges.
• Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments.
• Developing integration architecture implementation strategies for client solutions.
• Excelling in communication and teamwork to build meaningful client relationships.
