Senior Associate - Salesforce CPQ Developer

Overview

Senior Associate role focused on implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ, billing, and subscription management.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling.
• Implement quote-to-cash improvements to increase accuracy and reduce cycle times.
• Design subscription and recurring revenue models.
• Develop workflows, approvals, and automation for CPQ and billing.
• Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP, billing platforms, payment gateways, and tax engines.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Hands-on experience with subscription management and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on CPQ implementation experience including quote-to-cash process.
• Experience configuring products, pricing, bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting.
• Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, and collections.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
