Salesforce Senior Developer

Overview

Salesforce Senior Developer working on the design and construction of Johnson Controls’ Salesforce.com instances.

What you'll do

• Design and build Salesforce.com modules and solutions.
• Work in an agile environment with onshore and offshore teammates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to plan and coordinate efforts.
• Evaluate user requirements with the Product Owner and others.
• Recommend approaches for interacting with legacy programs.
• Create design documents and provide Salesforce.com configuration/development best practices.
• Peer review delivered source code, and create/update object schemas and queries.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience administering, configuring, and building Salesforce.com solutions.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com administration, configuration, coding, and integration strategies.
• Experience with data manipulation, roles, and profiles.
• Strong experience in design, construction, and deployment on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with APEX, Salesforce.com Objects, Integration, and security.
• Experience with Database Design, Database Objects, and Procedures.
