Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role focused on building and scaling Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ (Conga/Salesforce CPQ), and Experience Cloud.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions with focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and relevant clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction with the Development Manager.
• Guide and support developers to align delivery with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
• Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.
• Proven experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
