Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and guiding delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction in coordination with the Development Manager.
• Guide and support developers to ensure delivery aligns with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization to maintain high coding standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce CPQ, or Conga CPQ.
• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
• 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
• Proven experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4 Years of Relevant Experience.

Nice to have

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team structure.
• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex integrations.
