Overview
Salesforce Tech Lead responsible for designing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, and Agentforce-based AI capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, and Lightning Web Components.
- Build and configure Agentforce Agents for Service, Sales, and Custom use cases.
- Integrate external AI models and enterprise data into Salesforce via Model Context Protocol (MCP) and platform APIs.
- Deliver AI assistance using Einstein Prompt Templates, Prompt Builder flows, and Einstein Copilot actions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Copado or Gearset and run automated Apex/LWC test suites.
- Build integrations across EHR, SaaS, ERP, and data warehouses using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience.
- Hands-on proficiency with next-generation AI tools, LLMS, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Advanced experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Salesforce data integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow & Automation (advanced).
- Ability to collaborate with BAs and architects to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Experience building unit tests and achieving minimum 85% code coverage.
