Senior Specialist Salesforce Development to develop and implement software solutions at Nasdaq’s Bangalore technology center, working with teams in other countries.

What you'll do

• Review system requirements and business processes, write code, test, and debug.
• Design, develop, modify, and implement short- and long-term IT solutions via applications and infrastructure.
• Develop program logic for new applications and analyze/modify logic in existing applications.
• Modify internal software products for new functions, hardware adaptation, performance, and usability.
• Ensure application compatibility across multiple platforms and browsers.
• Provide application development services or technical support for challenging assignments.
• Mentor others on system improvements and efficiency, applying current industry trends.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce application development, customization, and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Strong Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Asynchronous Apex including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations using Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture: governor limits, security model, sharing mechanisms, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on DevOps and CI/CD tools for Salesforce development, deployment, version control, and release management.
• Proficiency with Git-based source control and modern development practices.
