Sr. Salesforce Engineer

Overview

Sr. Salesforce Engineer to serve as a primary technical partner for sales and revenue-facing business stakeholders, delivering Salesforce-based solutions from conversation to production.

What you'll do

• Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Revenue Accounting teams to translate goals and process friction into technical solutions.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and iteration.
• Build and maintain revenue stack solutions including Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Gong, ZoomInfo, and Slack, and evaluate new tools.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration and custom code with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), classes, and triggers.
• Design and deploy AI-powered GTM workflows to automate and augment Sales and Marketing operations.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and governance through monitoring, documentation, and change management.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce-centric technical role with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), LWC, SOQL, and platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ covering quote configuration, pricing rules, approval workflows, and order management.
• Experience running discovery/scoping with Sales and Marketing stakeholders without a PM layer.
• Familiarity with revenue tech tools such as Gong or ZoomInfo (or comparable GTM platforms).
• Ability to operate without PM/QA support, including writing test cases, managing deployments, and catching bugs.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows and applying LLMs/AI agents to Sales and Marketing operations.

• Hybrid role based out of the Bangalore office for regular in-person collaboration.
• Must be based in Bangalore, India or within commutable distance to the Bangalore office.
