What you'll do

• Analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support for effective integration and use of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Interpret data to inform insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop training materials and support client understanding and adoption of Salesforce technologies.
• Manage systems projects to deliver on time and align with client expectations.
• Support enterprise integration efforts to improve system interoperability.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or other role-relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Significant Salesforce Field Service implementation experience.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders for technical designs.
