Senior Lead Software Developer (Salesforce)

Overview

Senior Lead Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing complex Salesforce solutions, including scalable integrations and enterprise platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design and develop complex Salesforce components and reusable solutions.
• Build integrations with Salesforce GovCloud.
• Create technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Execute and improve Salesforce CI/CD processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, grooming, and delivery discussions.
• Administer Sales Cloud and configure Salesforce CPQ.
• Support implementations, upgrades, releases, testing, and production activities.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and Apex callouts.
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and automation or testing tools such as Selenium.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / DEV 501 certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Systems Administrator certification.
• Experience with complex Salesforce GovCloud integrations.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD automation.
