Overview
SR Programmer for Salesforce platform development, including custom app creation, integrations, and full SDLC work using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related Salesforce technologies.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, and external LLM platforms.
- Create and maintain Salesforce custom applications using Apex, LWC, and other technologies.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment across the software development life cycle.
- Support, maintain, and improve existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce security and development standards.
What you'll need
- 4–7 years of demonstrable software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration including Lightning Framework, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships, fields).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
