Engineering Manager (Salesforce)

Overview

Engineering Manager for the Salesforce platform, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from architecture to deployment and leading a Salesforce engineering team.

What you'll do

• Own the full success of the Salesforce platform domain from architecture/design through deployment at global scale.
• Set the technical direction for major SFDC initiatives and review platform architecture.
• Lead, grow, and retain a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, setting goals and removing blockers.
• Collaborate with Product and Business to translate commercial needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive AI-assisted development and automation-first workflows across the team.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations and navigate technical and commercial trade-offs.

What you'll need

• 13+ years in software engineering.
• At least 2 years leading mid-to-large engineering teams.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce knowledge including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, and LWC.
• Modern web technologies experience including JavaScript and Web Components.
• Experience using AI tools such as Agentforce and GitHub Copilot.
• Fluency in Agile and Scrum and working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions precisely through both engineering and business alignment.
