What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers on design, architecture, and implementation.
• Own outcomes for critical projects with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with product managers as co-owners of problem statements.
• Drive end-to-end execution with cross-functional partners while maintaining decision autonomy.
• Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent while fostering engineering culture.
• Work on scalable systems and high-impact initiatives across travel experiences.

What you'll need

• 7+ years software development experience.
• At least 2 years experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong system design and architecture expertise.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance applications.
• Ability to align engineering work with business and product goals.
